Where are you based?

We are a 100% Australian owned company and have 2 warehouses in Australia located in Hallam (Victoria) and Bridgeman Downs (QLD).

Pick up is available for your order at all locations.

 

What is the finish of the bollards?

Our heavy duty steel bollards are powder coated in yellow, black and white.  

 

What diameter size do the bollards come in?

89mm diameter & 140mm diameter

 

How long is the warranty on your products?

We provide a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.

 

 

Customer Care

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you realize that you need to make a change to your order soon after you place it, please give us a call as soon as you are possibly able to and have your order number ready when you call.

Our dispatch team are very prompt and hopefully we will be able to halt the dispatch of your order and alter it to your new requirements.

If, by chance, your order has been dispatched already, we wont be able to modify the order. However, we can refund unopened and unused items. The return freight would be at your own cost. 

 

What can I do when my delivered items are damaged?

All discrepancies or damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

• A photo of the damaged item must be taken at the time the item was unpacked and damage identified.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
