Where are you based?

We are a 100% Australian-owned company with a warehouse located in Hallam (Victoria). We supply pick up, delivery, and installation. 

What is the finish of the bollards?

Our heavy-duty steel bollards are powder-coated in yellow, black, and white. This coating ensures durability and visibility, providing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

What diameter sizes do the bollards come in?

Our bollards are available in two diameter sizes: 89mm and 140mm, offering options for various security needs.

How long is the warranty on your products?

We provide a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty on all our products, ensuring you have peace of mind with your purchase.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you need to make changes to your order soon after placing it, please call us as soon as possible and have your order number ready. Our dispatch team is very prompt, and we hope to halt dispatch in time to alter your order. If your order has already been dispatched, we can refund unopened and unused items. The return freight cost will be at your expense.

What can I do if my delivered items are damaged?

Report any discrepancies or damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Please take a photo of the damaged item at the time of unpacking and have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
