Shipping cost will vary depending on your location.
All shipping prices will be calculated by weight at the check out.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollar (AUD$) and GST inclusive.
Due to the weight of the bollards, please contact us for shipping quote for the following State:
- New South Wales
- Northern Territory
- Western Australia
- Australian Capital Territory
- Tasmania
Please note Global Bollards do not have our own delivery fleet or our own drivers to deliver goods to you. However, we will always get the best rate and that delivery will occur as quickly as possible.
Can I choose Click and Collect?
Yes, you can choose click and collection from our 2 locations: Hallam VIC 3803 and Bridgeman Downs QLD 4035. You will receive an email once your order is ready to be collected. You can come to our warehouse to pick up during business hours Monday to Friday after having received the pick up confirmation email.
To collect your item(s) at your selected location, you will need to bring your order number, a government issued photo ID (such as driver licence) and the credit card used for the transaction payment. Your details should be matching with your order.
If you would like someone else to collect your item(s), he or she will need to bring your order number, a copy of your ID and his or her own photo ID.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email from online payment system acknowledge your payment, our team will also email you an invoice.
Our warehouse will pack your order after payment is received.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a courier tracking number attached. You can track your delivery using this number and contact the courier company directly should you have any concerns regarding your order.
Can my delivery be sent to a PO Box?
We use the reliability and swiftness of courier companies to deliver our stock. Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery to PO Boxes due to the size of most of our bollards. You will need to enter an address where someone will physically be there to receive the goods. We suggest to make direct delivery to your home or workplace the most convenient for you.
What if the product I want to purchase is out of stock?
