Shipping Within Australia

Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and will be calculated by weight at checkout. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and include GST.

Due to the weight of our bollards, please contact us for a shipping quote if you are located in the following states:

  • New South Wales

  • Northern Territory

  • Western Australia

  • Australian Capital Territory

  • Tasmania

Although Global Bollards does not have its own delivery fleet, we ensure you get the best rates and your delivery arrives as swiftly as possible.


Can I Choose Click and Collect?

Absolutely! You can choose Click and Collect from our two locations:

  • Hallam, VIC 3803

  • Bridgeman Downs, QLD 4035

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirmation. You can then visit our warehouse during business hours from Monday to Friday to pick up your items.

When collecting your order, please bring:

  • Your order number

  • A government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license)

  • The credit card used for the transaction

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they will need to bring:

  • Your order number

  • A copy of your ID

  • Their own photo ID


How Do I Know That My Order Has Been Shipped?

After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email acknowledgment from our online payment system, and our team will also email you an invoice. Once your order is packed, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you.


Can I Track My Order?

Yes! You will receive an email with a courier tracking number. Use this number to track your delivery and contact the courier company directly if you have any concerns.


Can My Delivery Be Sent to a PO Box?

Due to the size of most of our bollards, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide an address where someone will be available to receive the goods. We recommend delivery to your home or workplace for the utmost convenience.


What If the Product I Want to Purchase Is Out of Stock?
