Returns Policy
At Global Bollards, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange on full price item.
Timeframe:
In store: 14 days from date of purchase
Online: 14 days from date of delivery or pick up.
Subject to the Consumer Guarantees outlined below, items returned within the above timeframes can be returned for an exchange or full refund subject to the following conditions.
- Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned item;
- Your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.
Prior to shipping or dropping your item back to us, please contact Global Bollards Customer Service to arrange a return on 1300 885 787.
The cost of shipping the item back to us is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and physically inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped items
When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped item, Global Bollards will arrange return postage on your behalf. A replacement item will be shipped at free of charge.
